Marketing to Millennials can be quite a challenge.  As the first generation to grow up with the Internet, Generation Y Millennials are used to a fast-paced world with information coming in from every direction with the just the touch of the fingertips.  This sub-group has a number of great characteristics. They value individuality and welcome social diversity.  Millenials also are optimistic and favor convenience both in their lifestyle and shopping habits.   On the flip side, they are also distrustful of much of the world around them from politicians to corporations.  Business owners must be aware of the power of Generation Y and how to cater to their needs in order to win trust.
